If you're using the Seoul Bike app, be aware that it currently has some issues. To rent a bike, you'll need to buy a ticket on the website first, and then register your ticket number in the app
1.
Visit the website:

Select your preferred language (English) on the website.

Click on the menu bar located at the top left corner.
4.
Choose "Purchase Ticket" from the menu options.
5.
Select the Premium Day Voucher (two hours) for 2000 KRW.
6.
Complete the payment process.
7.
IMPORTANT: Take a screenshot of the voucher number (8-digit registration number).
8.
Open the Seoul Public Bike app, click on "Purchase Pass," and then select "I already have a pass."
9.
Enter the 8-digit registration number to proceed with your pass.
