Details about why discouraging mid-session entries

Participant's viewpoint:

Why people might want to join mid-session
1.
Sometimes, other commitments prevent them from arriving on time.
2.
Regular events might already be at full capacity, leaving no room for additional attendees.
3.
They might be short on funds for regular events, or perhaps they're not overly interested.

Organizers' perspective:

Our reasons for discouraging mid-session entries
1.
We aim to keep things balanced for all participants.
2.
We prefer consistent attendance and wish to prevent sporadic drop-ins.
3.
We need to know the attendee headcount for planning purposes - like for outdoor events or group dinner.
4.
There's real value in experiencing the event from start to end.
Please note: While we generally discourage late arrivals, we might make exceptions for individuals already familiar with the group and for those who have already made payments. However, this is at the discretion of the organizers and should not be seen as a regular practice.

Our solution:

→ If payment is already made (especially for existing members), mid-session entry could be possible.
→ However, the event leader has the right to refuse entry based on the situation, venue capacity, or other relevant factors.
